Please prepare video while opening parcels ordered so that we can understand that it was genuine manufacturing defect and get the items replaced or repaired.

No complains for repair or damage will be accepted if opening video is not shared.

We have noticed many times client do not like the product or even if item is damaged while using they are claiming as manufacturing defect and asking for return.

Any kind of complaint will not be accepted without parcel opening video

Note : Any issue in the product must be captured in single parcel opening video from starting till end.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment centre for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. Delivery can be delayed because of the covid-21 pandemic.

Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. . After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5-7 working days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
